User Guidelines

AffinitAD is a premium network with the aim of generating quality traffic for our advertisers.

It is for this reason that all new use of our APIs will be subjected to prior certification by our administrator.

As a member of the AffinitAD network, any user, once certified, agrees to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Do not use or change information with the view to taint the reputation of a merchant, manufacturer, or Twenga
  • Do not create displays designed to generate unwanted clicks for the merchant
  • Do not insert product offers on any pages which do not belong to you
  • Do not create displays designed to mislead the user or which do not respect the media on which they are displayed
  • Do not overload our systems by respecting the maximum of 200,000 requests per day and 10 requests per second*
  • Do not implement any methods which may create artificial and/or fraudulent clicks
  • The Publisher undertakes not to buy or to use Advertiser’s names, Advertiser’s domain names, Advertiser’s brands and more generally any Advertiser’s element covered by intellectual property with the aim to display content or commercial links in search engine’s paid search results. The Publisher also undertakes not to display Advertiser’s names, Advertiser’s domain names, Advertiser’s brands or any Advertiser’s element covered by intellectual property in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) or paid search results. Should the Publisher not respect these terms, Twenga reserves the right to immediately deactivate Advertisement campaigns, without prejudice for compensation and damages that Twenga could additionally claim for. Furthermore, the Publisher acknowledges and agrees that he will be solely responsible for the entire compensation of prejudices, damages or losses suffered by the Advertiser, when the Publisher violates their intellectual property rights or does not respect the terms in these current user guidelines, appendix to the contract.
